Returns & Exchanges

30-day window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Go to Account > Orders and select the order.
2. Click Request return and pick the items you want to send back.
3. Choose a reason and submit. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email within 1 hour.
4. Drop the package at any DHL or FedEx point.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation the moment the refund is initiated.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Use the return flow above and place a new order — it's usually faster than an exchange and you can keep the new item on hand.

Non-returnable

• Final-sale items (marked on the product page)
• Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (hygiene)
• Gift cards
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or wrong item

We fix this fast. Email support@luxe.lk with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement on us, no return needed.
